Kay's bio
Born in Zambia, southern Africa, Kay came to the UK 25 years ago. Raised in a culture of family care within the home and with ambitions to start her own business to help others, Kay qualified as a care manager and subsequently launched Care 1st in Bristol.
Frustrated with the limitations, unnecessary complexity and soaring cost of care management software, she persuaded Frank to join her in creating a software solution that would work for her business. OneCare Platform was launched and developed into the foundation of Care 1st care delivery.
Now they have made OneCare Platform available to all care providers.
Frank's bio
Following a successful career in the City and Bristol with professional services and large software and data companies, Frank, a qualified chartered accountant and compliance expert, moved into the care industry. Working initially alongside his wife Kay in their home care provider businesses, he has now moved into the role as MD and co-founder of OneCare Platform.
Frank’s working knowledge of managing the build of large data bases and navigating complex compliance issues in finance software makes him the perfect person to assume the role of System Lead and Data Protection Officer for Eunomia Ltd, creators of OneCare Platform.
